- Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my order?

Please check your email inbox for spam. If not, please contact us via email or phone.

 

- How can I track my order?

We will send 2 emails after making the purchase. The first confirmation when payment is approved, and the second when your order is shipped.

 

-What are the paying ways?

Debit and credit card with installments, Pix and Boleto.

 

-I forgot my password, what now?

Click on login at the top right of the home page and go to forgot my password. You will receive a change email.

 

- Product arrived defective, what should I do?

Take a photo of the defect and send it to email

- Can I exchange an order purchased on the website in a physical store?

You can, as long as it is in perfect condition, with tags and receipt.
